Pressed from 100% Oregon-grown heritage fruits and botanicals sustainably gathered in the wild, our seasonal hard ciders reflect their local terroir. Natural yeasts from untamed lands lend characteristic complexity to every bottle. Fermenting each ingredient individually, we harness its natural flavors before hand-blending to perfection. You’ll never find juice concentrates, added sulfates, extra sweeteners, or commercial yeasts in our high-quality, dry beverages. Every batch of WildCraft cider is as distinctive as the uncultivated ingredients within.

WildCraft is more than just a cidery. Driven by a passion for land stewardship and community-building, our ciders, perries, and pommeaus are as unique as the pristine landscapes from which they hail. Whether it’s through our community lilac and apple drives, or our partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, and private landowners (on 200 different parcels within 30 miles of the cidery), we work tirelessly to preserve forgotten orchards and bring new life to fallen fruit.

Our founder, Sean Kelly, opened WildCraft CiderWorks in 2013 in Eugene, Oregon. After a year fermenting botanicals with an indigenous tribe in the Amazon jungle, Sean developed an innate sense for plant-based pairings. Two decades later, Sean continues to experiment with innovative ways to ferment fruit while also handcrafting our flagship cellar offerings like Wild Rose, Restoration Perry, and Farmhouse. Sean is a consummate craftsman, also designing and creating all of the furniture, beams, and other woodwork visitors will discover in our tasting room.
